Grounds Family
Sunco Construction Company, Inc. will be facilitating a new home build for Lucas Grounds and his family. Lucas Grounds, is a Mooresville High School student who was in an accident December of last year, causing him to be paralyzed from the waste down and needs a home that is handicap accessible. Our goal is to get this done for the Grounds family so that they will have no financial burden when it comes to a comfortable living arrangement for Lucas and his family.
The Grounds family has received a huge outreach from Companies and individuals willing to donate money, labor, and materials to this project. Sunco is not able to get this done without each and every one of those individuals. There are currently companies willing to donate, Concrete labor, Electrical Materials, Electrical Labor, and Grab Bars.
I’m writing to request your assistance in making this goal a reality for the Grounds family. Would you consider donating labor and/or materials, or a monetary donation to be used in the new home build? By choosing to donate an item, you will be making a tax-deductible contribution within IRS rules and regulations. With your donation, you will be aiding in creating a space for Lucas that is functional for him throughout the entire home, and giving this family peace of mind as they tackle the challenges ahead.
