Prerequisites
- 2 years of experience working as an estimator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and general computer software
- Comfortable reading and understanding prints and drawings
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to put together a professional presentation
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Amazing analytical and math skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Very detail oriented
